Deborah is a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She is a California native and resides in the Los Angeles Area of Southern California. Deborah has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. She is a successful Real Estate Broker, and manages a division of Burnett Properties, an apartment portfolio she and her business partner amassed and grew over the last 30+ years.

Deborah is married to Louis Wayne Brown, and has 2 adult sons, Kyle and Ryan. She is an active member of Faithful Central Bible Church and serves as part of the Greeters Ministry. Over the years she’s served her church in various capacities because she has a passion for God and his people.

As a servant-leader, Deborah has become the CFO for Flowing Ministries of Hope (FMOH). Prior to becoming CFO, she managed funds donated through our prayer line participants and had many other qualities/organizational skills that aid with keeping order. During the 2020 Pandemic, she became one of the intercessory prayer leaders with the “United Prayer Circle” (UPC), which is now under the umbrella of (FMOH). The prayer line is a national phone prayer ministry, and she is currently the lead facilitator of one of several “Mysteries of the Kingdom Discipleship Book Clubs”. Additionally, she is the joint host of “The Authentic Walk Podcast.” Outside of those leadership commitments, Deborah is a prayer intercessor with the “Watchmen On the Wall,” a national online intercessory prayer network. She is also on the Advisory Board for “Making Choices,” a non-profit mentoring program for teenage girls.
